Please note before emailing us that we are not an airline, nor are we affiliated with any airlines. We are therefore unable to assist with any queries relating to past or current flight bookings, or deal with complaints of any kind. For this we would recommend you contact the airline directly.
We are also unable to assist or advise on compansation claims following delayed or cancelled flights, for this we would like to refer visitors to the Air Transport Users Council (AUC).
We do however welcome any other queries you may have.
