Thomson Airways was the most punctual charter airline at Manchester during the winter 2011 / 12 season, with an average delay of 17 minutes and 74% on-time performance.
Thomas Cook Airlines followed with a much longer average delay at 28 minutes, and an on-time performance level of 66%.
