Thomas Cook Airlines charter flights followed closely behind with a slightly longer average delay but the highest on-time performance at 79%. Monarch Airlines charter flights recorded the longest delays at Gatwick averaging close to 20 minutes, with 73% on-time performance.

Thomson Airways had the best punctuality among charter airlines at Gatwick during the winter 2010 / 11 season, with an average delay of 36.1 minutes and 68% on-time performance recorded.
Monarch Airlines followed very closely behind with an average delay of 36.2 minutes and lower on-time performance of 57%.
Thomas Cook Airlines charter flights recorded the worst timekeeping at Gatwick during the season, with an average delay of 41 minutes and 65% on-time performance.
