Thomsonfly & First Choice charter flights were delayed by an average of 24 minutes during the summer 2008 season, with 63% on-time performance recorded, making them the most punctual UK charter airline during the season.
Flights at Newcastle, Edinburgh and London Luton had the best timekeeping, with average delays of less than 20 minutes and around 70% or more operating on time.
The worst punctuality for Thomsonfly & First Choice was recorded at Manchester, London Gatwick and Glasgow airports, where only around 60% of flights operated on time and more than 1 in 10 flights were delayed by over an hour.
