Thomas Cook charter flights achieved good punctuality during the summer 2004 season, the airline finishing as runner-up for punctuality over the period.
Flights at Newcastle and Birmingham in particular had very good punctuality with around 85% of flights operating on time.
The overall average delay for the airline was adversely affected by a relatively poor performance at Manchester, where a large proportion of Thomas Cook charter flights operated during the season and average delays of 24 minutes were recorded.

Thomas Cook were the most punctual UK charter airline during the winter 2003 / 2004 season, with their charter flights operating on average only 14 minutes behind schedule and over 80% on-time performance.
All airports saw good timekeeping with the exception of London Gatwick where Thomas Cook flights were held up on average by 20 minutes.
