MyTravel Airways flight punctuality declined during the year to date compared with the previous year, the average delay increasing from 16 minutes to nearly 20 minutes and on-time performance reducing by four percentage points.
Despite this slight deterioration, MyTravel punctuality performance remained significantly better than the UK average during the year.

In April 2008 MyTravel Airways merged with Thomas Cook Airlines. As such, punctuality is now analysed on the Thomas Cook Airlines page.

MyTravel charter flights at Birmingham, Newcastle and Glasgow had very good punctuality during the winter 2007 / 08 season, with average delays of less than 15 minutes recorded and in the case of Birmingham 85% on-time performance achieved.
Manchester, where the highest proportion of MyTravel flights operated during the season, saw close to average punctuality for the airline, while poorer timekeeping was seen at London Gatwick, the second largest MyTravel base. The small number of flights operating at London Stansted and Edinburgh during the season had poor timekeeping.
