In all delay categories, MyTravel charter flights suffered a slight drop in punctuality during 2004 compared with 2003, though the same can be said when analysing all charter flights at UK airports.
Overall, punctuality performance remained below the average for all charter flights at UK airports, the average delay for the year standing at over 31 minutes with 66% on-time performance.

MyTravel Airways demonstrated similar overall punctuality performance in summer 2004 when compared with previous seasons, below the average achieved by other charter carriers with delays at 32 minutes and only 66% on-time performance. 1 in 8 MyTravel flights on average was delayed by more than 1 hour during the season.
Punctuality of MyTravel flights at Glasgow was particularly poor over the summer 2004 season, with the average flight held up 44 minutes and 1 in 6 services running over an hour late.

Overall MyTravel Airways had similar punctuality in winter 2003 / 2004 when compared with the previous winter season, the average flight running around 27 minutes behind schedule. Performance was similar at all UK reporting airports during the season.
The worst delays were seen at Manchester Airport, where the largest proportion of MyTravel flights operated during the season, where each flight was held up for 34 minutes on average.
