First Choice charter flight punctuality declined during the year to date compared with the same period the previous year, the average delay increasing from 22 to 27 minutes and on-time performance reducing from 67% to 62%.
Broadly, First Choice charter flight punctuality was slightly better than the UK average during the year to date, with the exception of on-time performance which was 3 percentage points poorer than average.

First Choice Airways flights at Glasgow and London Stansted had good punctuality during the winter 2007 / 08 season, with on-time performance of 75% or better demonstrated.
Timekeeping at Birmingham, Manchester, London Gatwick and London Luton was close to average for the airline, while flights operating at Newcastle and Edinburgh suffered the longest delays, in excess of 35 minutes on average.
